This unutalized room in a Southern Maine Cape built was transformed into custom master bath. The local live edge beams the house was built from settled over the years making the initial base for the bathroom's construction complex. Includes Carrera marble shower, original pine flooring, and custom maple and poplar vanity.

Basement Converted to Ship Style Living
A Hills Beach Cottage needed more sleeping arrangements, so we converted the unfinished basement to two wooden boat style berths. Project included a staircase to access the basement from the interior as well beadboard ceiling, and custom shelves.
